Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations, partnering with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows and enhance client service.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and a track record of driving efficiency and transformational change. Remote role with Central Time Zone hours and occasional onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership to improve operations and client outcomes.
• Drive workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Oversee workforce planning and scalability in a national context.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
