Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national commercial lines operations in a fully remote role with preferred Central Time Zone hours. The position partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU and/or CIC designation.

• Proven ability to implement process improvements and workflow standardization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Drive workflow standardization and operational scalability.
• Lead transformation and change management across the organization.
• Support M&A integration and alignment of operating models.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
