Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to optimize workflows, drive standardization, and support growth.

The ideal candidate leads with strong analytical skills, drives process improvements, and collaborates across producers, operations, and leadership. The position emphasizes M&A integration, workforce planning, and technology optimization,

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze workforce capacity and drive staffing plans to support growth.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive adoption of new processes.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, reporting tools, and technology.
