Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role focuses on standardizing workflows, driving efficiency, and supporting producers, account teams, and leaders to deliver exceptional client service.

The candidate will oversee M&A integration efforts, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring scalable operations and strong shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and process improvements for scalability.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and leverage reporting tools to improve performance.
