Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with AGT’s three-year plan. You will manage 2-3 strategic programs, drive speed and precision, and collaborate with executives to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires 12–15 years in strategy/operations, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong analytical and leadership capabilities to shape AGT’s future in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

Qualifikationen

• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership.
