Job summary

Lumen seeks a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead cross-functional initiatives across AGT’s three-year plan. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring speed and precision in translating concepts into impactful programs.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and disruptive execution across multiple GTM segments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 12–15 years in strategy or operations, with analytical strength and a proven bias for action

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery—from framing through execution, with tracking and business impact realization of new operating models and capabilities.
• Develop and apply strategic frameworks focused on actionable insights and results.
• Lead complex program/project management efforts balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration ensuring initiatives are aligned and integrated across AGT.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and manage expectations.
• Deliver compelling presentations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Oversee ongoing strategic review and continuous improvement processes.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team and mentor the strategic planning group.
