Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead cross-functional programs aligned to AGT’s three-year plan, managing 2-3 initiatives with executive visibility. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, mentor a planning team, and shape operating models with data-driven insights.

You will coordinate with AGT and broader organization to ensure speed, precision, and measurable impact while building a high-performing team and championing change across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering persuasive narratives.
• Thrives in an organization with high operational rigor, is a self-starter, and is agile.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive leader with a strong bias for action and a proven ability to drive results at pace.
• Collaborative team player who excels at building trust and working across departments.
• Champion for change, willing to challenge the status quo and push a team and the company beyond its comfort zone through compelling data, constant communication, and aptitude for building bridges across functions in the face of resistance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
