Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting AGT’s three-year plan. You will own end-to-end delivery of new operating models, drive strategic frameworks, and manage 2–3 programs with executive visibility.

You will build a high-performing team, mentor the strategic planning group, and champion data-driven change while partnering across AGT and the broader organization to achieve measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering persuasive narratives.
• Thrives in an organization with high operational rigor, is a self-starter, and is agile.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery—from initial framing through execution, along with ensuring tracking, and business impact realization of new operating models, processes, and capabilities.
• Develop and apply strategic frameworks with a focus on actionable insights and results.
• Lead complex program / project management efforts, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and effectively integrated throughout the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and manage expectations.
• Deliver compelling presentations and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Oversee ongoing strategic review and continuous improvement processes to ensure continued relevance and impact.
• Building and sustaining a high-performing team of highly skilled resources.
• Mentor and support the strategic planning team, fostering a culture of innovation, analytical rigor, and strategic foresight.
