Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to drive high-impact initiatives across AGT and the wider organization. You will lead end-to-end programs from concept to execution, shaping operating models and delivering measurable business outcomes in sales and customer success.

Reporting to the VP, you will manage 2-3 strategic initiatives, mentor the planning team, and collaborate with executives in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.

• Own end-to-end delivery from framing through execution; track progress and realized impact of new operating models and capabilities.
• Develop and apply strategic frameworks with actionable insights and results.
• Lead complex program/managment efforts with hands-on execution.

• Engage stakeholders to identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage expectations.
• Deliver presentations and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
