Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States seeks a dynamic Head of Commercial Card Sales to lead our U.S. TPS Commercial Card Sales organization.

You will drive revenue growth, market expansion, and client partnerships across the commercial card portfolio. The role requires a strategic sales leader with payments expertise, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of building high-performing teams within a large financial institution.

Qualifications

10+ years in payments, treasury management or related financial services.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; related disciplines acceptable.
Proven success leading national or regional sales teams.
Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex client relationships.
Deep expertise in Commercial Card solutions including purchasing/virtual cards.
Strong understanding of commercial banking and treasury management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national Commercial Card sales strategy to achieve revenue, portfolio growth, and client acquisition goals.
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on delivering results and exceptional client outcomes.
Partner with Treasury, Commercial Banking, Product, and Risk to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product teams to drive enhancements based on client and market feedback.
Foster a diverse, inclusive, high-performing sales culture and accountability.
