Jobgether seeks a seasoned Commercial Analytics leader to drive strategy and execution for a growing portfolio in the US. The role will oversee an analytics function, partner with Forecasting, Market Insights, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and guide data-driven decision making for launches and ongoing performance.

Overview includes building capabilities in patient journey analytics, segmentation, promotional response, and resource optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience across brand performance, patient journey analytics, segmentation, market access, and product launch analytics.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data sources (claims, specialty pharmacy, payer data, CRM, field activity).
• Ability to translate complex analytics into practical, executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial analytics and decision science strategy for existing brands, new indications, and launches.
• Build an integrated view of commercial performance across demand generation, patient journey, and field execution.
• Lead advanced analyses to identify drivers, quantify opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
• Provide analytical leadership for reviews, launch planning, and annual operating plans.
• Establish an advanced analytics roadmap covering segmentation, predictive modeling, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Create processes for analytics intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
