Job summary

JSR Tech Consulting is seeking a hands-on Director of Data Analytics to build the commercial data and analytics capabilities for a U.S. product launch in rare-disease markets.

The role owns data assets, governance, and technology ecosystems while translating complex healthcare data into actionable recommendations for leadership. The candidate will lead data acquisitions, establish standards, develop analyses for launch readiness and market assessment, and create executive dashboards to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (data science, analytics, etc.).
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare analytics or related function.
• Experience with healthcare data types (claims, lab, patient, provider).
• Experience with data products (Komodo, Quest, Veeva Compass, IQVIA, Symphony).
• Experience with Snowflake and tools like Fivetran or dbt.
• Strong dashboard/visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial data assets and analytics capabilities.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, governance, quality and optimization.
• Establish data standards and governance processes.
• Develop analyses for launch readiness, market assessment, and performance.
• Create dashboards and executive-ready presentations.
• Manage analytics vendors, projects, budgets, timelines.
• Evaluate new data, visualization, and AI capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate questions into solutions.
