In this senior role, you will build a trusted analytics function, own KPI development, and lead a team across multiple markets, driving data-driven decisions and competitive insight to fuel growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, strategy, or BI, with a record of influencing senior leadership.
• Experience leading or building a commercial analytics function with KPI frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization and drive governance and data quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the analytics strategy for Wiley Research, aligning with EVP and GM priorities.
• Lead the development of executive dashboards and performance reporting across regions, teams, and products.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision making and ensure global consistency of metrics and definitions.
• Mentor analytics talent and build a community of practice around evidence-based decision making.
