Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, strategy, or business intelligence.
Demonstrated experience leading or building a commercial analytics function.
Ability to translate analytical output into executive decision-making and storytelling.
Experience partnering with Finance to align revenue reporting and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and own the analytics strategy for the Wiley Research business.
Deliver advanced commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities and retention risks.
Establish the analytics function as a trusted center of insight across geographies, segments, and product lines.
Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform strategic investments.
