Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Director Commercial Analytics to lead the analytics team across Oncology, shaping insights that drive commercial decisions and launch plans. You will partner with brand and field leaders to define questions, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.

You will guide AI-enabled analytics adoption, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring data quality and business value while maintaining governance and compliance.

Formación

• Doctorate or Master’s or Bachelor’s in a relevant field with analytics/research experience and leadership exposure.
• Managerial experience: 4+ years leading teams, projects or resources.
• Experience delivering analytics that inform commercial decisions in pharma/biotech.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics strategy across brands and capabilities; define business questions and opportunities.
• Manage budgets, priorities, and resources; communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Drive AI adoption in analytics workflows with governance and change management.
• Collaborate with Market Research, Forecasting, CI, Data Science and Field Excellence.
