Qualifications

• PhD or MS with data science/quantitative experience; breadth of methods and experimentation approaches.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, PySpark; experience with large datasets.
• Experience designing, evaluating and applying supervised/unsupervised ML models; familiarity with ML libraries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams and communicate results to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Leading the development and application of data science, ML, and AI capabilities across Amgen’s commercial org.
• Translating business questions into analytical frameworks with defined success measures and impact.
• Identifying high-value opportunities and recommending fit-for-purpose analytical approaches.
• Designing, building, validating, and deploying production-ready analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Applying measurement approaches like test/control design and causal inference to quantify impact.
• Partnering with stakeholders to align on data, methods, and interpretation.
• Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and reusable methodologies.
• Communicating complex findings clearly to technical, scientific, medical, commercial and exec stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, privacy, data governance and documentation.
