Genmab is seeking a Director, Global Commercialization, Advanced Analytics & AI to build and govern a cohesive AI-enabled analytics capability within BI&A. This strategic role spans building tools, data products, and governance standards to accelerate commercial decision-making across forecasting, competitive intelligence, PMR, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial analytics, data science, or BI within biopharma/life sciences.
• Experience deploying AI and advanced analytics tools in a commercial context.
• Deep understanding of pharma commercial data sources and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern AI-enabled analytics capabilities within BI&A.
• Define AI product roadmap with high commercial impact across forecasting, CI, PMR, and analytics.
• Develop AI solutions including predictive models and AI-assisted forecasting.
• Establish AI governance, data quality standards, and responsible use guidelines.
• Translate data into AI-augmented insights for executive decision-making.
