Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking aSenior leader responsible for designing and executing the sales training strategy for a novel CNS therapy, supporting its launch and ongoing commercialization.

The role focuses on developing curricula on product science, clinical data, disease states (GAD, MDD), and market access, while collaborating with Commercial, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. It also involves coaching sales managers and driving readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial functions with proven sales training experience.
• Experience with product launches and capability development in CNS/psychiatry or highly regulated environments.
• Strong instructional design skills and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula on product science, clinical data, disease states (GAD, MDD), and market access.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver diverse training formats (live, virtual, digital) and measure program effectiveness.
• Coach sales managers and foster a culture of excellence and patient-centricity.
• Contribute to commercial readiness.
