Job summary

HHS Tech Group (HTG) seeks a Senior Director to lead Product Infrastructure Architecture for cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Define and evolve the infrastructure foundation, balancing security, scalability, and cost while driving a product-first approach across engineering teams.

You will mentor a team of architects, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations, and champion modular, API-first platform patterns with DevOps practices, observability, and governance to

Qualifications

• 12+ years in infrastructure/platform/cloud architecture
• 5+ years in Director/Senior leadership
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Deep cloud-native architecture expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Data virtualization and distributed data access experience
• Modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC)
• Mentoring/leading architecture teams
• Strong communication across technical and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead infrastructure and platform architect for cloud-based SaaS products
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures
• Translate product and business needs into infra capabilities
• Stay hands-on through reviews and architecture spikes
• Balance delivery speed with long-term scalability and cost efficiency
• Architect cloud-first, multi-tenant patterns and governance
• Lead CI/CD, IaC, and automation platforms
• Enable self-service environments for product teams
• Partner with Security/SRE for reliability and governance
• Embed observability and automated recovery into the platform
