Job summary
Guidehouse seeks a Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive the technical implementation of a large-scale platform modernization for a Federal contract. You will translate approved architectures into actionable guidance, lead cross-team execution, and ensure security, scalability, and interoperability.
The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with Enterprise Architects, and the ability to mentor engineers while coordinating across vendors and Scrum teams in an agile
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field required.
- Ten years of software engineering and platform modernization experience, with leadership in technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of platform modernization across multiple workstreams and vendors.
- Translate architectures into actionable guidance and ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership to engineers and Scrum teams.
- Review designs, code, configurations, and interfaces for architectural compliance.
- Mentor technical leads and ensure secure, scalable production readiness.
