Elite Technology is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to drive the execution of our product and platform roadmap. You will combine hands-on engineering with strong leadership, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring engineers in a cloud-native SaaS environment.

You will lead end-to-end technical initiatives, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and ensure high standards across CI/CD, testing, observability, and DevOps practices while remaining deeply hands-on with production code.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience building complex, scalable applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# / .NET Core and Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and modern DevOps practices.
• SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB with performance tuning.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and data streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs).
• Familiar with testing across stack and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for high-impact initiatives.
• Lead system and component-level architecture design in partnership with engineers and architects.
• Own end-to-end execution for key projects from design through delivery.
• Mentor engineers and foster ownership, learning, and collaboration.
• Communicate trade-offs and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Remain hands-on, contributing production-ready code for critical components and issues.
