Job summary

Professional Transportation Consulting, Inc. seeks a Director, SaaS, Cloud & Product Security to define and execute product security strategies across our cloud-native platforms.

You will lead a high-performing security organization, partner with Product Engineering and Sales, embed security into the SDLC, and drive risk reduction while enabling product velocity for a global SaaS ecosystem. This role collaborates with Legal, GRC, and Compliance, supports customer assessments, reviews contracts,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering and/or product security in cloud/SaaS environments
• Proven people leadership experience building and scaling security teams
• Experience embedding security into engineering workflows (agile/DevOps) and improving release quality
• Experience supporting customer assurance and compliance obligations tied to secure development expectations (SSDF language helpful)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product/security strategy for AI-enabled SaaS, cloud and product lines.
• Lead the product security organization including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Engage with customers to support sales cycles and address security concerns during RFP/RFI responses.
• Embed security into SDLC/DevSecOps with training, threat modeling, automated testing, and pre-release validation.
• Review customer contracts for security/compliance requirements and align with internal capabilities.
