Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure is expanding across North America, seeking a Senior Director to lead Cloud Hardware Support across the region. The role requires strategic and operational leadership of Build & Deployment, steady-state operations, hardware maintenance, and break-fix support for a rapidly growing cloud footprint.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience leading large distributed organizations across countries.
• Proven track record scaling operations in growing cloud/tech firms.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale data center operations and hardware lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support across parts of North America.
• Develop scalable regional operating model for hyperscale growth.
• Lead a large, dispersed team to expand Oracle’s cloud footprint.
• Standardize deployment methodologies and improve service delivery.
• Champion AI, automation, and data-driven decisions to boost productivity.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Networking, Software, Product, and Data Center teams.
• Establish contractor and vendor relationships to support regional deployment.
• Ensure SLA commitments and manage operational risk.
• Represent CHS with executive stakeholders across Oracle.
