Job summary

Oracle US Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Senior Director to lead Cloud Hardware Support across parts of North America, guiding Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, and break-fix operations for rapid regional expansion.

You will establish a scalable operating model, build high-performing teams, and standardize regional processes while driving continuous improvement through AI, automation, and process engineering.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience within hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience scaling operations across multiple countries and cultures.
• Proven track record of AI/automation-driven improvements in operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support across parts of North America.
• Develop and execute a scalable regional operating model for hyperscale growth.
• Lead a large, geographically dispersed organization with rapid expansion.
• Standardize deployment methodologies and improve service delivery.
• Champion AI, automation, and data-driven decision making to boost productivity.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional orgs to deliver new cloud regions and operational excellence.
• Establish contractor, partner, and vendor relationships to support deployment.
• Ensure customer commitments and manage operational risk.
• Represent Cloud Hardware Support with executive stakeholders across Oracle.
