Responsibilities

• Oversee executive operations and priorities for PSPE with the CEO.
• Lead strategic initiatives, operational efforts and business functions.
• Mentor direct reports and align priorities across regions.
• Monitor regional metrics and direct focus to key areas.
• Represent PSPE in committees and drive cross-regional collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient services compliant with laws.
