Job summary

Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a transformational ambulatory healthcare leader to serve as Director of Practice Operations. This role oversees operational, financial, service, and people performance across a portfolio of physician and advanced practice provider clinics.

The Director will partner with physicians, practice managers, and support services to drive access, productivity, patient experience, workforce engagement, quality outcomes, and sustainable growth across the ambulatory network.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading ambulatory, physician practice, medical group, or outpatient operations.
• Experience managing multiple practices, service lines, or operational departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for ambulatory practices and service lines.
• Drive performance across operational metrics including access, productivity, and patient throughput.
• Develop operational action plans to improve efficiency and capacity.
• Serve as strategic partner to physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Lead annual operating plans and budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient access, consumer experience, and workforce engagement.
