Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years’ experience in health care delivery/managed care/group practice/healthcare administration in a management role.
• Valid Virginia driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational responsibility for practices/clinics within all regions.
• Provides operational guidance for CMG clinics.
• Be a trusted leader for CMG by building relationships to prepare and influence operational excellence, education, experiences, and exposures for our team.
• Consults with leadership to understand needs and help manage areas effectively while demonstrating best operational practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and talent performance.
• Delivers results in a complex, matrix management environment.
• Recruit and retain high quality physicians; onboards and ensures ongoing engagement.
• Promote a capable staff that provides effective patient and physician services to maintain productivity and profitability.
• Work with physicians to facilitate planning that aligns with policies and practices.
• Translate process improvement findings into standard work.
• Facilitate programs and coaching sessions.
• Develop high potentials and performers with action plans.
