Job summary

Broadridge in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions to lead the Solutions and Project Management team supporting RDC, DocuBuilder, and related client solutions. You will drive onboarding, complex change initiatives, and cross-functional delivery with executive engagement.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on solutioning, requirements definition, and delivery work across Sales, Client Services, Product, Engineering and QA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client solutions, implementation, or professional services.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership, including coaching and performance management.
• Proven track record leading complex implementations in dynamic environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and requirements documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions and Project Management organization, including coaching and talent development.
• Lead client communications with stakeholders at all levels, including discovery and reviews.
• Translate client needs into documented requirements and viable solution approaches.
• Develop solution grids, scope definitions, estimates, and implementation assumptions.
• Ensure clear, traceable requirements and successful onboarding of complex changes.
• Coordinate across Sales, Client Services, Product, Engineering, Operations, and QA.
• Improve solutioning, requirements, and knowledge management for scalability.
