Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across GSMS in the United States. You will align leaders, teams, and workstreams, operating with clarity in evolving environments and driving delivery through governance and effective decision-making.

The role requires a hands-on approach, robust communication, and a track record of guiding programs from initiation through transition, including change readiness and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to translate objectives into integrated plans and milestones.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, scope and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including exec status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution across GSMS.
• Align leaders, teams, and workstreams across boundaries and sustain momentum toward outcomes.
• Operate through ambiguity with hands-on, adaptable approach.
• Shape the delivery approach with governance, roles, processes, and tools.
• Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement with effective meetings and documented decisions.
• Build and maintain the integrated plan with milestones, dependencies, and owners.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Enable timely decisions with options, impacts, and recommendations.
• Provide executive visibility with concise status reports and metrics.
• Drive change readiness and transition with ownership of implementation and handoff.
• Provide leadership through influence and expertise.
