Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Director, Product Specialist to drive growth and client success in Asset Management Regulatory Communications. You will serve as the DocuBuilder SME, shaping product vision and roadmap while coordinating with Implementation, Client Services, and Sales to ensure scalable, high‑quality delivery.

You will gather client feedback, influence product enhancements, and represent Broadridge in industry engagements. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years in product management, product specialization, client implementations, or regulatory communications.
• Experience with asset management or regulatory communications solutions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory communications processes and client service models.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for DocuBuilder and related Asset Management Regulatory Communications solutions.
• Partner with AMRC Product team to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Coordinate with Implementation and Client Services to ensure scalable, aligned client delivery.
• Support presales with product demonstrations and client discussions.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product enhancements and roadmap inputs.
