Job summary

ADP is hiring a COS Sr. Director, Client Services within the National Accounts organization in Tempe, AZ. You will report to the Division VP of Comprehensive Outsourcing Services and lead service teams across a defined market.

The role emphasizes client retention, NPS, productivity, and associate engagement in a hybrid setting with several ADP locations. You will engage with C-suite and client leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor direct reports while aligning COS standards to

Qualifications

12+ years' experience in a related management capacity in a high-performance service environment.
Experience interacting with C-suite and senior client leadership is essential.
Strong leadership, people management, and budget/financial knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Supports, directs and implements the overall strategy for servicing their market segment.
Responsible for client experience, NPS, and client retention in the segment.
Lead a virtual, matrix-managed organization and develop service strategies for client satisfaction.
Partner with VPs to set goals, budgets, and incentive initiatives.
Ensure accountability of leadership team to productivity goals across client service teams.
Mentor and develop direct reports, guiding growth opportunities and retention.
