Job summary

ADP is hiring a COS Sr. Director, Client Services for the National Accounts organization. You will lead a matrix-driven, multi-site team, reporting to the Division VP, and drive client retention, NPS scores, and associate development while aligning with COS standards.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape service strategy, and oversee budgets, processes, and initiatives to deliver a superior client experience across ADP’s client base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple client-service teams at a senior level.
• Proven ability to set strategy and measure key client outcomes.
• Strong communication with C-suite and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for servicing assigned market segment.
• Improve client inquiries resolution and service availability.
• Collaborate with VP to manage budgets and incentive programs.
• Drive client experience, NPS, retention and associate growth.
• Lead a matrix-managed, virtual organization across several sites.
• Mentor direct reports and align with COS standards.
