Job summary

ADP is seeking a COS Sr. Director, Client Services for the National Accounts region. The role reports to the Division VP of Comprehensive Outsourcing Services and oversees multiple service teams to enhance client experience, retention and productivity.

This senior leader drives strategy, budgets and talent development in a hybrid environment with 12+ years of leadership in high-performance services. Travel ~20% and collaboration with C-suite are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a related management capacity in a high-performance service, implementation, and operational environment.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading matrix-managed teams and driving client-centric service outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven coaching, mentorship and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement the overall strategy for servicing the assigned market segment.
• Drive client satisfaction, NPS and client retention through service leadership.
• Lead a virtual, matrix-managed organization and manage service strategies.
• Develop talent, succession plans and associate engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives and budget management.
