Job summary

BNY is seeking a Director, Client Executive to join our Alternatives Global Client Coverage within Asset Servicing. This role can be located in Boston or New York and will manage a book of clients, drive new business, and maintain revenue streams across premium relationships.

You will lead client presentations, coordinate with internal teams, and leverage industry insights to achieve organic growth while upholding our core values and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of clients driving the development of new business & maintaining existing revenue streams while supporting premium tier 1 relationships.
• Broaden existing relationships and ensure the highest level of customer acumen.
• Demonstrate proactive problem resolution by promoting the company’s core values with integrity and professionalism.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, business acceptance, internal/external meetings, product collaboration, and sale execution.
• Convey understanding of industry themes within Alternatives and drive organic growth in assigned client portfolios.
• Research, support, organize, present and drive the implementation of client account plans.
• Proactively seek stretch project opportunities leveraging the company's global scale.
• Collaborate with Pricing Team to obtain FTE and profitability analysis of add-on business.
