BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Director to lead Buy-Side Trading Solutions and client coverage from New York. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic account plans and manage select high-potential relationships with asset managers and hedge funds, coordinating across Trading, Product, and Compliance to deliver integrated BTS solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Significant experience in institutional sales or client coverage with asset managers or alt investors.
FINRA Series 7, 63, 3 required or obtained post hiring.
Established relationships across buy-side ecosystem with senior leaders.
Ability to lead cross-functional opportunities through influence and coordination.

Responsabilités

Drive new business and revenue targets for BTS with focus on small to mid-sized asset managers.
Identify and engage prospective clients and develop targeted prospect pipelines.
Lead complex opportunities from engagement through mandate and implementation.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting across BTS initiatives.
