Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Sr Director to build and lead our central-fill and mail-order pharmacy capability for Specialty Pharmacy Services. You will own the end-to-end operating model, design through ongoing operations, and ensure scalable, compliant processes that support growth from about 60 to 175 locations.

This leader will drive quality, efficiency, and patient service while aligning with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on regulatory and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree with active licensure.
• 10+ years of progressive pharmacy operations experience, including leadership in large-scale multi-site ops.
• Proven experience building, launching, or scaling central-fill/mail-order operations.
• Experience in national retail, specialty, mail-order, e-commerce, health-system, or similar ops.
• Strong 340B specialty pharmacy ops experience and understanding of compliance and economics.
• Deep end-to-end pharmacy expertise across processes, systems, automation, fulfillment, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience operating across multiple states and navigating licensure requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build new capabilities and translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, build, launch, and scale of the central-fill and mail-order capability.
• Design end-to-end operating model including workflows, staffing, inventory, shipping, quality controls, patient service, and performance management.
• Build scalable operation to support growth in locations, prescription volume, customers, and geographic reach.
• Establish operating standards, KPIs, capacity models, and continuous improvement processes.
