Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to own the Pharmacy Management System (PMS) and automation strategy (RPA) across Specialty Pharmacy Services and 340B operations.

You will bridge pharmacy operations and technology, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and scale processes to support 175+ locations while preserving quality and patient service. This role reports to the VP, Analytics & Optimization and partners with Pharmacy Operations, Analytics, Product and Technology to deliver measurable

• Bridge technology and operations to translate system capabilities into practical pharmacy workflows.
• Drive automation strategies and Lean Six Sigma improvements across SPS and 340B.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Pharmacy Ops, Analytics, Product and Tech.
• Influence scale-up to 175+ locations while maintaining quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy Management System (PMS) and governance, roadmap, and configurations.
• Develop and execute the automation/RPA strategy for high-value pharmaceutical workflows.
• Lead standardization and optimization of PMS workflows across locations for efficiency and consistency.
• Drive continuous process improvement and scaling initiatives with measurable impact.
