Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the wedding, social, and special event segments, developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, social event organizers, community partners, and prospective clients.
• Oversee the sales process for weddings and social events, including site inspections, proposal development, contract negotiations, and event planning.
• Ensure a seamless and elevated client experience throughout the planning and execution process.
• Collaborate closely with hotel departments, including Operations, Culinary, Banquets, and Revenue Management, to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and revenue projections for Director of Sales
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
