Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive catering/banquet leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules and payroll approvals.
• Strong understanding of event sales, planning, and service standards.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with POS/catering systems such as Delphi, Tripleseat, ClubEssential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Catering Department with clear expectations and hands-on support.
• Oversee banquet, private dining, and event-related service operations.
• Drive revenue through proactive sales and client relationship management.
• Manage staffing, payroll approvals, and department budgets.
• Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Facilities, and Member Experience teams.
• Ensure events meet standards, profitability, and client satisfaction.
