Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in Irvine seeks a Director, Campaign Creative Production to lead Brand & Creative Marketing production across World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo, and more. You will staff, budget, and drive campaigns from tentpoles to experiential, ensuring alignment with franchise goals.

You will build a high-performing team, manage external partners, and ensure on-time, high-quality outputs while guiding strategic direction and governance across departments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in creative or marketing production, including large-scale, integrated campaigns.
• Minimum 4 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Proven track record delivering high-scope production across A/V, cinematics, live-action, OOH, and 360 campaigns.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills.
• Experience selecting and negotiating with external production partners.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for campaign production across franchises.
• Oversee production of content for Brand & Creative Marketing across video, digital, experiential, and social channels.
• Build and mentor the production team; define roles and performance metrics.
• Staff productions with directors, talent, and production teams; manage budgets and timelines.
• Establish production standards and post-campaign retrospectives; align with cross-functional partners.
