Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director, Campaign Creative Production to lead brand and creative marketing production across our AAA franchises, including World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and Diablo.

You will shape strategy, staffing, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver integrated campaigns from inception through post-launch. You will mentor producers and coordinators, drive consistency, and align cross-functional teams with senior leadership on high-stakes

Qualifications

• 12+ years in creative or marketing production with 4+ years supervising
• Proven track record delivering large-scale campaigns across multiple formats
• Strong production budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
• Experience selecting and negotiating with external production vendors
• Excellent communication and leadership to influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for campaign production across franchises
• Oversee production budgets and vendor strategy for each franchise
• Develop and mentor the production team, define roles and expectations
• Ensure staffing with directors, talent, and production crews
• Establish production standards, timelines, risk frameworks, and reviews
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and mitigate risks
• Own end-to-end production delivery across video, digital, and experiential channels
• Negotiate scopes of work and contracts with external producers and vendors
