Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. seeks a seasoned Production Director for Overwatch in Irvine to lead strategy, planning, and execution across multiple development teams.

You will align creative vision with business goals, drive organizational health, and scale production practices to support live-service initiatives and major releases. You will partner with Game Leadership to set priorities, manage staffing and budgets, and build sustainable processes that deliver world-class player experiences

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale production organizations for AAA game development.
• Experience managing managers, directors, senior leaders, and large cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of AAA production processes, methodologies, and live-service operating models.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to define objectives and execute multi-year franchise goals.
• Strong budgeting, workforce forecasting, capacity management, and staffing strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production strategy and execution for the Overwatch franchise.
• Drive operational excellence across multiple development teams and initiatives.
• Partner with senior game leadership to define priorities, investments, and long-term goals.
• Establish scalable production frameworks and processes to enable sustainable delivery.
