Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand integrity across franchises like Warcraft, Overwatch, and Diablo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in creative production or related field.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with licensee coordination and asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support creative approvals and asset sourcing with licensees and internal teams.
• Track and organize feedback to preserve brand integrity.
• Administer product catalog updates for Retail and Franchise teams.
• Process invoices and track approvals for creative expenses and external contractors.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and sample inventory management.
• Assist in bringing visual representations of franchises to life.
