Job summary

Braven, Inc. seeks a Head of Program Design to own the evolution, quality, and integrity of every Braven program experience for students, volunteers, and staff.

You will lead the Design team within the Product organization and translate Braven’s research into scalable, pedagogically sound assets delivered across campuses. You will shape program standards, mentor staff, and partner with Research, Data, and Operations to deliver impact at scale while maintaining a human-centered approach to career

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing clear, engaging learning experiences.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team toward outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build, steward, and evolve Braven's program experience across campuses and post-graduation.
• Set and hold standards for high-quality, evidence-based program design and assessment.
• Prepare staff and volunteers with training to deliver Braven’s approach with fidelity.
• Lead the Design team and partner across the Product Leadership Team to scale the program.
