Qualifications

• 8+ years experience repping East coast media agencies and brands.
• Strong contacts across Travel, Food & Beverage, Gaming, QSR, Fashion, CPG.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced startup; Pubity Group is growing.
• Deep understanding and interest in social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook).
• Proven ability to understand a brief and develop integrated proposals.
• Proven contacts within the industry at media agencies and brands, with negotiation skills.
• Passionate about delivering strong business outcomes for clients and hitting targets.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities bringing in a defined number of new clients or campaigns quarterly within designated industry verticals.
• Sell the full range of social advertising opportunities (and develop new ones) based on client objectives.
• Maximise coverage across the patch and build relationships with strategy, planning, buying.
• Create and develop a list of key target clients to build into new and long-term business.
• Work with the VP, Commercial to maximise revenue opportunity within the patch to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Social Editorial and Production to pitch clients for new or repeat business.
• Fully manage the sales process and client/agency relationship from brief to sign-off.
• Respond to briefs effectively and in a timely way, ensuring all criteria are delivered on.
• Continually present new and innovative ideas.
