Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, seeks a Senior Director to support the ABF platform across investment management, execution, and client engagement. The role blends portfolio management, operations, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid model with Newark, NJ office days and remote work.

You will coordinate capital allocation, investment pacing, trade bookings, and risk considerations while collaborating with sales and distribution on ABF client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in portfolio management support, structured products, private credit, asset-based finance, or fixed income.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication; attention to detail; proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin.

Responsibilities

• Support ABF platform in capital allocation, portfolio construction, and monitoring across strategies.
• Assist with transaction execution from investment approval to closing and funding.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for bookings, reporting, and settlements.
• Support client discussions on capital allocations and ABF mandate opportunities.
