PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks a Senior Investment Associate to support origination, underwriting, and portfolio management in Asset Based Finance. The role blends credit analysis with structuring and deal execution across private credit opportunities.

You will work with senior investors, gain transaction responsibility, and contribute to a growing ABF platform in a hybrid Newark, NJ setting with two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 4+ years in private credit or related investing roles.
• Strong credit underwriting skills and experience across full lifecycle of deals.
• Experience building and interpreting financial models with cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis of borrowers, collateral pools, and transaction structures.
• Build/maintain financial models, cash flow analyses, stress scenarios.
• Conduct industry research to support investment decisions.
• Develop investment theses and recommendations.
• Support deal leaders in structuring private credit and asset-based finance transactions.
• Coordinate execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage transaction timelines and closing processes.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation decks for approvals.
• Present analyses to committees and senior management.
