Prudential's Global Asset Management arm (PGIM) seeks a Senior Director to support the ABF platform, sitting at the intersection of investment management, transaction execution, portfolio management, and client engagement. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Newark, NJ office and 2 days remote.

Required are 10–15 years in related fields, a Bachelor's in business/finance, and strong analytical & communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Intex, and Aladdin is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in portfolio management support, structured products, private credit, asset-based finance, or fixed income.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Excel, financial models, Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin, or similar investment platforms.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ABF platform in capital allocation decisions and evaluating opportunities relative to portfolio objectives and client mandates.
• Assist with portfolio construction, investment pacing and monitoring of exposures across ABF strategies.
• Coordinate trade bookings and ensure investments are reflected across relevant portfolios and accounts.
• Support transaction execution from investment approval through closing and funding, including trade booking and settlement monitoring.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operational workflows on new investments.
