Job summary

Publicis Groupe in New York is seeking a leader to set the vision and standards for AI agent and skill development on the Marcel platform, auditing complex business processes and architecting scalable, measurable workflows.

You will manage a team, design vertical-specific solutions, and lead cross-functional, consulting-style projects to scale adoption of AI offerings across data, media, and marketing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or strategy-related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing and media agencies or adjacent organizations.
• Proficiency in analyzing workflows and making strategic recommendations.
• Experience with cloud environments and marketing technology solution design projects.
• Creative problem solver with strong intuition and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Shape vertical-specific AI workflows on Marcel platform.
• Evaluate path-to-solution and design bespoke client/vertical flows.
• Drive collaboration with Product, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science, and Delivery to scope proposals.
• Present use cases with storytelling and live demos to earn partner consensus.
• Align on commercial models and timelines that meet client expectations.
• Bring vertical context into platform roadmaps by translating client needs into input.
• Surface common client challenges and friction points to guide future enhancements.
• Develop and present solution overviews and learning materials to enable internal teams.
