Publicis Groupe in the United States (New York) seeks an experienced builder to own the design and continuous improvement of AI agents on the Marcel platform, translating business problems into automated workflows that move data, media, and marketing tasks at scale.

You will map workflows, develop functional specs, orchestrate agents with datasets and APIs, monitor performance, and partner with data scientists to test new AI models while creating documentation and training materials for

Qualifications

Builder/systems designer with a knack for reimagining workflows through automation.
Clear, business-focused documentation and prototyping are essential.
Able to translate complex AI/workflow concepts into simple language for stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; translate strategy into action.
Comfortable experimenting, rapidly testing, learning, and iterating on AI agents.
2+ years in AI/ML, marketing tech, consulting, or data-driven product design.
Familiar with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., LangChain, Zapier, OpenAI).
Knowledge of marketing and media workflows where AI automation can be applied.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents to automate tasks across data, media, and marketing workflows.
Workflow mapping to identify automation opportunities such as campaign optimization.
Translate client and stakeholder needs into functional and technical specifications.
Orchestrate agents with datasets, APIs, and platforms across the Groupe.
Monitor agent performance, accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes; suggest improvements.
Partner with data scientists and engineers to test emerging AI models and frameworks.
Create clear documentation, demos, and trainings for non-technical stakeholders.
